About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Software Engineer with strong expertise in AWS, NodeJS, and TypeScript to build and maintain scalable, high-performance applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in microservices architecture, serverless technologies, and cloud-native development.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain code following software development best practices
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and other code quality initiatives
• Build scalable, high-volume asynchronous and synchronous REST services using microservices architecture
• Design, develop, and deliver software solutions using AWS, Java, and Spring Boot
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across development, testing, and production environments
• Collaborate closely with Software Engineers and Quality Engineers in team-based development efforts
• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high-quality software
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of professional software development experience
• Proven experience building scalable, high-volume applications
• Hands-on experience with NodeJS and TypeScript
• Strong experience with AWS cloud services, including:
  Lambda, EventBridge, SQS, SNS, Kinesis, S3, DynamoDB, Elasticsearch, API Gateway, CloudFormation
• Experience developing serverless applications (Lambda, Step Functions)
• Experience with NoSQL and relational databases
• Strong troubleshooting and production support experience
• Experience with monitoring tools like Splunk and Datadog
• Familiarity with development tools such as VS Code

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of Event-Driven Architecture
• Experience with Java and Spring Boot
• Experience deploying applications on AWS EKS clusters
• Experience with GitHub Actions
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation testing
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
