The Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst is a senior level position responsible for establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to lead applications systems analysis and programming activities.
Responsibilities:
- CI/CD Pipeline Management:
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for various projects.
- Automate build, test, and deployment processes.
- Optimize pipeline performance and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within CI/CD pipelines.
- Monitor and analyze CI/CD pipeline metrics.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure smooth software delivery.
- Communicate technical information clearly and concisely.
- Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing.
- Problem Solving:
- Identify and resolve infrastructure issues proactively.
- Document infrastructure configurations and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of CI/CD principles and practices.
- Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash).
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of relevant experience in Apps Development or Infrastructure role
- Extensive experience system analysis and in programming of software applications
- Experience in managing and implementing successful projects
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one area of Applications Development
- Ability to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
- Demonstrated leadership and project management skills
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
- GenAI experience is a plus
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
- Master’s degree preferred
