We are seeking an experienced Python Engineer to identify, remediate, and prevent vulnerabilities across our application codebase. You will work across development, staging, and production environments to fix security issues at the source and ensure secure code promotion through our deployment pipeline. Key Responsibilities Identify and analyze security vulnerabilities using Snyk, Aqua Security, and cloud security scanning tools Remediate vulnerabilities directly in application code across dev, staging, and production environments Coordinate secure code promotion and deployment through the CI/CD pipeline Write and review fixes using Python and other relevant languages Document vulnerabilities, root causes, and remediation approaches Collaborate with development teams to prevent similar vulnerabilities in the future Required Skills & Experience Programming: Strong proficiency in Python; ability to write production-grade code fixes Vulnerability Management: Hands-on experience with Snyk, Aqua Security, and cloud security vulnerability scanning Containerization: Solid knowledge of Docker and OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) SDLC Knowledge: Understanding of deployment pipelines and code promotion across dev, staging, and production Security: Ability to identify and fix common code vulnerabilities Preferred Qualifications Experience with AI-assisted coding tools (GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, or similar) Familiarity with AI agents for development workflows Experience securing containerized applications
