Lead architecture, design, customization and implementation of Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Customer Service) solutions. Build integrations using Dataverse, plugins, Power Platform, C#/.NET and Web Services; author user stories and design artifacts, conduct code reviews, enforce CRM standards, guide development teams, and support Azure/DevOps and Scrum delivery.
10+ years’ experience in Customization of Dynamics 365 CRM applications (Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Dynamics 365 Sales), including adjacent services and technologies such as the Dataverse, Plugins, Power Automate, Logic Apps, Web Apps, Function Apps. Experience .NET / C# experience including Web Services development and deployment. Extensive experience in application architecture, design, and implementation of Dynamics 365 applications Proven ability to leverage technical expertise to guide teams and influence decision makers. Participate in full-lifecycle development efforts which are based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM, xRM framework and. C#.NET . Lead the development of user stories and design artifacts to effectively convey requirements to client stakeholders. Contribute to the customer's architectural best practices and CRM customization standards to be utilized on Dynamics CRM-based projects Significant development experience using MVC framework and multi-tier architectures Experience with Azure Cloud services and DevOps (desirable) Conduct code reviews to ensure that customization code quality is at the highest level possible and appropriate design patterns are being followed Experience with Power Pages, Power Portal or development of custom .Net/C# portal advantageous Certifications : Certifications PL200, PL400, preferred Non-Technical / Others: Strong communication skills and work with the Development team to ensure seamless implementations/integrations of solutions. Communicate clearly with key stakeholders to provide updates and feedback. Well Versed with Azure DevOps and fundamentals of Agile way of working. Knowledge of Scrum is Mandatory. Good Problem Solving, Management Skills and strong desire to learn new technologies
