Provide L2/L3 production support for Microsoft Dynamics (D365 CE/F&O/Business Central): triage and resolve incidents, debug plugins/workflows/integrations, perform RCA and fixes, manage environment refreshes and deployments with Azure DevOps, monitor performance and SQL, and collaborate with developers, BAs, and Microsoft support.
Key Responsibilities: Incident Management: Triage, investigate, and resolve Level 2 and Level 3 production incidents within defined SLAs. Advanced Troubleshooting: Deep-dive into D365 Customer Engagement (CE) or Finance & Operations (F&O) to debug plugins, workflows, and integrations with Dataverse and Azure. RCA and Bug Fixing: Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and develop permanent technical solutions or workarounds. Environment Maintenance: Oversee environment refreshes, AOS clustering, code deployments, and release activities using Azure DevOps. System Monitoring: Monitor application performance, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and analyze SQL logs for database optimization. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work alongside developers, business analysts, and Microsoft Premier Support to handle escalations. Required Qualifications & SkillsExperience: 4–6+ years of production and application support experience specific to the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem (D365 F&O, CE, or Business Central). Technical Stack: Proficiency in X++, C#, .NET, SQL Server, and building integrations using REST/SOAP APIs. Cloud & Platform: Familiarity with the broader Microsoft ecosystem, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Azure Cloud services. Frameworks: Strong understanding of ITIL methodologies for incident, problem, service requests and change management. Soft Skills: Exceptional analytical thinking, communication skills for stakeholder management, and ability to document operational runbooks
