The primary responsibilities of the role are:
Study design briefs and conceptualize visuals based on identified requirements.
Produce/create digital web designs including Web pages and custom page layouts, email templates, banners, etc. from references and/or masters
Creating Storyboards in PDF format based on the output produced by using screenshots and adding functionality notes & bubble text.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure consistency of brand identity
Ensure graphic solutions are optimized for integration, performance, usability and sustainability
Ensure the look and feel meets the expectations: user experience, content readability, content governance adherence, apt image/icon placement etc.
Translate requirements into wireframes and mock-ups.
Work closely with the Production Leads and Production teams to drive project completion
Prepare rough drafts and present ideas to stakeholders using different styles, appropriate colors, and layouts for each visual
Keep up to date with visual design technologies, techniques, and modern trends to deliver cutting edge work.
Maintain visual design guidelines and brand identity
Exposure in managing video edits, resizing and optimization as per the tech specifications for the Social Media delivery channel would be helpful
Responsible for meeting expectations and deliverables on time and in high quality
Core Competencies:
Good communication skills, with a 6 plus years of experience in the Digital First approach skilled to deliver Digital assets (Static Banner Images, Storyboards, Banner Adaptations and Master Creations, Illustrated Graphs).
Expertise in standard digital design tools, including Sketch, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, Adobe Indesign and Figma.
Good team player, committed to high-quality output and service
Proven ability to take ownership for results and driving change
Proven visual design experience in a studio, agency, or freelance setting
Proven ability to deliver high-quality designs to customers
Detail-oriented individual who has a keen eye for aesthetics and details
Prior experience working in a larger team and short deadline deliverables
Manage time effectively, ability to multi-task, and meet deadlines
Working knowledge on GWD is an added advantage.
