What you will do:
- Designing digital electronics on printed circuit boards in alignment with product and system requirements
- Modelling and simulating digital electronics functions to support informed design decisions and early issue detection
- Verifying digital electrical functions to ensure performance, quality, and compliance with defined specifications
- Developing test benches and automation scripts to enable efficient, repeatable, and scalable verification processes
- Integrating electrical functions with other hardware and software domains to deliver seamless, end-to-end solutions
- Maintaining and continuously improving existing digital electronics on printed circuit boards throughout the product lifecycle
The skills you bring:
- A Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Physics, or a related field
- Strong expertise in digital electronics development, including relevant methodologies, ways of working, and industry-standard tools
- Solid understanding of signal and power integrity
- Practical experience with board schematic design, electronics simulation tools, lab verification, and high-volume production
- A thorough understanding of the digital component market and its key suppliers
- Solid knowledge of hardware and software architecture and the broader MINI-LINK system
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the confidence and capability to perform in a multi-team and multi-country environment
- The ability to deliver quality outcomes both independently and as a team player, managing time and effort effectively under competing priorities
- A results-driven attitude paired with high engagement
