Our mission is to make mobile top ups easily and instantly accessible through our retail stores, website or mobile applications.
We are looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Senior Marketing Manager who will lead marketing activities across all channels for the International Mobile Top Up and eGift product categories, focusing on customer acquisition and retention across the USA and key international markets.
The Senior Marketing Manager will lead the development of digital and retail marketing projects, campaign creation and execution, budget management, and performance analysis.

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement marketing campaigns for both the digital and retail channels for International Mobile Top Ups and eGift.
- Execution and measurement of CRM campaigns, which include SMS, In App messages and emails.
- Manage the implementation and analysis of programs that drive new customer acquisition, such as Refer a Friend, community events, social media and more.
- Lead the design and creative elements for campaigns with designers/agency.
- Analyze/monitor international mobile top up data and propose action plans to grow the business.
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to effectively launch and market new or enhanced products.
- Conduct surveys on a needed basis to understand customer behavior, preferences and competition.
- Track marketing competitive activity on an ongoing basis.
- Manage relationships with product, sales, external mobile operators and agencies.
- Develop presentations demonstrating campaign results, business analysis, etc.
- Supervise one marketing specialist.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of Digital B2C Marketing experience.
- Experience in the US & international market.
- Marketing Degree
- Bilingual English/Spanish – Fluent in English
- High energy and desire to work in a results-oriented environment.
- Excellent project management, organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong digital and creative marketing knowledge and project management skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines.
- 2 or more years prior experience in money transfer or financial services industry.
- Working for a mobile carrier is a plus.
