Digital Operations Specialist, HubSpot Admin with strong data skills

Join our newly established Marketing Delivery Centre based in Chennai, India. You’ll report to the Head of Marketing Delivery Centre and are part of the Brand, Marketing and External relations team.
Your new role
As our Analytics Specialist, you’ll be the go-to expert for ensuring the health, integrity, and effectiveness of our HubSpot database. You’ll be working on data governance, segmentation, and list uploads as well as the CRM sync while supporting Digital Operations Specialists and Marketing Managers in delivering high-impact campaigns.
Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:
- Be responsible for HubSpot data health and enforce data governance standards.
- Monitor key integrations, most importantly MS Dynamics.
- Extract, clean, and organise data to build targeted lists for e-mail campaigns, nurture workflows, advertising, and CRM enrichment.
- Manage list uploads and lead handover and sync between Marketing and Sales systems.
- Leverage HubSpot and to create actionable reports and dashboards.
- Report on leads and engagement for stakeholders across the organisation.
- Work with Marketing and Operations to understand the performance of our assets across channels.
- Take responsibility for overall HubSpot admin: Access rights, naming conventions, overview of automation.

- Proven expertise in HubSpot Marketing and Operations Hub, including reporting, segmentation, and database management.
- High proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools like Power BI.
- Familiarity with API integrations, CRM systems preferably MS Dynamics, and data synchronization processes.
- HubSpot certifications, particularly in Reporting and Operations, are a strong advantage.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for data accuracy and quality.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to extract insights and solve complex problems.
- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS as well as SQL skills are not a requirement but certainly are an advantage.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across global teams.
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines.
Being detail oriented and proactive is important. You are a good collaborator and positively engage with colleagues across a global organisation and you are good at structuring your work and managing time and tasks
