Role Overview: 

We are seeking an experienced Director – IT Infrastructure to lead and manage the organization's internal IT infrastructure and services across multiple global locations. The role will be responsible for ensuring employees have secure, reliable, and efficient access to the technology, infrastructure, and IT services required to perform their roles effectively.

The Director will lead the Internal IT organization responsible for end-user computing,

workplace technology, IT service delivery, corporate infrastructure, office networking,

and related IT operations. This role will drive standardization, modernization,security, operational excellence, and a high-quality employee technology experience.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage the Internal IT organization supporting employees across multiple office locations and geographies.
  • Ensure timely provisioning, deployment, lifecycle management, and support for employee laptops, desktops, mobile devices, peripherals, and other workplace technology.
  • Own and manage corporate IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, identity and access services, office networks, Wi-Fi, VPN, collaboration platforms, and related technologies.
  • Establish and maintain IT service management processes for incident, request, problem, change, asset, and vendor management.
  • Ensure consistent IT service delivery and defined SLAs for employee support across all locations.
  • Lead office IT infrastructure planning for new offices, expansions, relocations, and technology refresh initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain standards for end-user computing, hardware, software, asset lifecycle management, and IT infrastructure.
  • Partner with Information Security to ensure secure endpoint management, identity and access controls, patching, vulnerability remediation, and compliance with corporate security policies.
  • Drive automation, self-service capabilities, and continuous improvements to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.
  • Manage IT budgets, procurement, hardware and software vendors, contracts, and technology lifecycle planning.
  • Develop and lead a high-performing IT team, including geographically distributed resources and third-party service providers.

Required Qualifications & Experience :

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 12+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Corporate IT, or IT Service Delivery, including significant experience leading IT teams.
  • Proven experience managing Internal IT operations across multiple locations and

         geographies.

  • Strong experience in End-User Computing (EUC), IT asset management workplace technology, networking, servers, identity and access management,  and collaboration platforms.
  • Experience with enterprise environments using technologies such as Microsoft

          365, Active Directory/Azure AD or Entra ID, Intune or endpoint management

          platforms, Windows, networking, and cloud services.

  • Demonstrated experience managing IT vendors, budgets, procurement, and

         technology lifecycle programs

The successful candidate should demonstrate strong people leadership, customer

and employee focus, operational excellence, strategic thinking,stakeholder management,vendor management, financial accountability, problem-solving, and

executive communication skills.

Work Environment :

This role supports a geographically distributed organization and requires the ability to

manage IT teams and service providers across multiple locations and time zones. The

successful candidate should be comfortable supporting critical IT initiatives, major

incidents, office infrastructure changes, and business priorities outside standard

working hours when required.
