Lead development and execution of program/project plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, track KPIs, manage risks and stakeholders, run status meetings, mentor team members, and apply lessons learned to improve processes.
- Develop and implement comprehensive program/project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration on project goals and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and identify areas for improvement.
- Facilitate regular meetings and status updates with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or issues.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, including setting expectations, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive team environment.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure timely and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Evaluate project outcomes and lessons learned to inform future project planning and execution.
- Stay current with industry best practices and emerging trends in program management to improve processes continuously and methodologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a Program Manager or similar role, with a track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion.

- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile, Scrum, and Kan ban.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate effectively and influence team members.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Asana.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
