- Create and adjust daily schedules for drivers, vehicles, or equipment.
- Plan efficient routes based on traffic, delivery priorities, and deadlines.
- Monitor real-time operations to ensure adherence to schedules.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for drivers, customers, and team members.
- Relay accurate information regarding routes, delays, or changes.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in logistics or transportation is a plus.
EXPERIENCE
- Proven experience as a dispatcher or in a similar role.
