O que você irá fazer (responsabilidades)
- Liderar e desenvolver uma equipe de especialistas em Data Analytics, RPA e inovação digital, promovendo um ambiente colaborativo e de alta performance.
- Gerenciar o portfólio de projetos de automação e analytics, garantindo alinhamento com os objetivos estratégicos da organização.
- Atuar como ponte entre áreas de negócio e times técnicos, traduzindo necessidades em soluções digitais eficazes.
- Supervisionar a implementação de modelos preditivos e algoritmos de Machine Learning desenvolvidos pela equipe, assegurando sua aplicabilidade e impacto nos negócios.
- Definir diretrizes, padrões e melhores práticas para projetos de automação e análise de dados.
- Monitorar indicadores de performance dos projetos e propor ações de melhoria contínua.
- Fomentar a cultura data-driven na organização, promovendo o uso estratégico de dados para tomada de decisão.

- Formação superior em Engenharia, Administração, Ciência da Computação, Estatística ou áreas correlatas.
- Inglês fluente
- Conhecimento em desenvolvimento de soluções com inteligência artificial
- Experiência consolidada em liderança de equipes e gestão de projetos de Data Analytics e Automação.
- Visão estratégica e capacidade de influenciar stakeholders em todos os níveis da organização.
- Conhecimento sólido em tecnologias de automação (ex: RPA) e análise de dados (ex: BI, modelagem preditiva).
- Habilidade em gestão de mudanças, comunicação e resolução de problemas complexos.
O que pode lhe dar uma vantagem competitiva (Qualificações de preferência)
- Experiência no setor automotivo ou em empresas multinacionais.
- Certificações em metodologias ágeis, gestão de projetos (PMP, Scrum) ou transformação digital.
