Our Citi Early Career team are currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Early Career, Campus Senior Recruiter - Hybrid (Internal Job Title: Assistant Vice President, Recruiter Senior- C12) to join our team.   

The Early Career, Campus Senior Recruiter is responsible for the end-to-end strategy, execution and delivery of the recruitment process and onboarding for Early Career Programs. The overall objective of this role is to participate in various recruitment initiatives in support of the overall business strategy. The Early Career, Campus Senior Recruiter directly supports Citi businesses in the attraction, selection and program management of various graduate programs. This role will manage the campus recruiting and program management deliverables for our Operations & Technology business groups.

In this role, you’re expected to:

  • Manage the end-to-end talent acquisition delivery of the graduate programs

  • Partner with internal business stakeholders on setting the talent acquisition strategy

  • Act as a credible business expert on campus talent acquisition market trends

  • Plan and execute all on-campus and in-house recruitment activities including presentations, office visits, networking events, and interviews

  • Serve as primary resource for candidates throughout the recruiting process – be able to market the Firm, answer questions and communicate candidate status

  • Produce candidate MI/statistics for both the business and campus talent acquisition colleagues

  • Ensure all Citi applicants receive an excellent candidate experience during their application journey

  • Assist if required in any additional diversity events and program

  • Be involved with wider Early Career projects and initiatives

  • Ensuring all hiring policies and procedures (compliance, legal and regulatory requirements) are adhered to and candidates are hired and on boarded seamlessly

  • Support Internship activities such as onboarding, surveys etc

  • Manage the pipeline of the campus candidates and assure keep warm activities are implemented in collaboration with the Talent Attraction & Engagement team

As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:

  • 5- 8 year’s recruitment experience required ideally within a graduate recruitment function or agency

  • Experience of managing multiple client stakeholders

  • Understanding of banking industry and culture will be advantage

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Experience in managing multiple projects

  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
