Job Summary
As an India Early Careers Recruiting Reporting and Analytics Associate, you'll shape recruiting strategies through insightful data analysis and manage reports and dashboards to drive improvements. Collaborating with stakeholders, you'll enhance cross-functional efficiency and data utilization, identifying performance gaps and areas for improvement. Your role will support campus recruiting teams with consistent metrics, manage projects like Roster Management, and contribute to process improvements, ensuring effective and forward-thinking recruiting processes
Job responsibilities
- Create and manage in-depth reports and build sophisticated, data-driven dashboards and presentations for stakeholders and senior management.
- Analyze data to provide insights, identify process improvements, and drive strategic decisions within the recruiting function.
- Own end-to-end projects, including but not limited to Roster Management and Capacity Reporting, to optimize recruiting processes.
- Creating streamlined, consolidated document libraries to meet various Recruiting team needs that fit all key requirements both firmwide and Line-Of-Business-specific, in partnership with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Act as a change agent for product enhancements, collaborating on direct projects and with Early Careers Recruiting team members.
- Complete systematic and ad-hoc large-scale data requests from a diverse set of stakeholders, ranging from entry-level to senior management.
- Design, develop, and implement strategic tools and resources to enable campus recruiting teams to access and report consistent data and metrics.
- Adapt to local recruiting practices and regulations in this India-based position, offering a standard work schedule with flexibility for project deadlines and stakeholder needs
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Hold a bachelor's degree, ideally in a related discipline.
- Possess 3 years of experience in data management or reporting.
- Strong analytical skills and expertise in data analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint.
- Experienced with data visualization tools like Tableau.
- Skilled in consolidating and reconciling diverse information sources.
- Translate data requests into clear and digestible reports and summaries.
- Manage multiple projects with competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain a control-oriented mindset with the ability to handle sensitive HR content confidentially
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience in recruiting or HR analytics to deliver context-specific insights and enhance data-driven decision-making.
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools, especially Tableau, for crafting impactful visual reports and managing large-scale data projects.
- Proven track record in developing innovative data management strategies and acting as a change agent for product enhancements and process improvements.
- Strong ability to communicate complex data insights to senior management and stakeholders, with experience in fast-paced environments focused on continuous improvement
