Program Management (PM) comprises project management for execution of cross-functional / geographical projects and programs from initiation to completion. Covers determination of project / program goals and support of business objectives and strategies. Ensures projects / programs achieve their targets, keep their schedule, and maintain estimated cost, time, and quality within planned scope. Covers management of risks that affect the delivery of project outcomes.
Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end program management for EICS initiatives from initiation through closure
- Manage multiple interdependent projects under a unified program framework
- Define and maintain program roadmaps, milestones, budgets, and delivery plans
- Drive alignment across engineering, operations, security, vendors, and business stakeholders
- Identify, assess, and manage program-level risks, issues, and dependencies
- Ensure adherence to Nokia governance, security, compliance, and quality standards
- Track and report program KPIs, financials, and delivery status to senior leadership
- Manage external partners and suppliers
- Drive lessons learned and continuous improvement across programs
Must-Have:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience with 7+ years of experience in program or senior project management roles
- Proven delivery of large-scale, cross-functional programs
- Experience with infrastructure, cloud, network, or IT transformation programs
- Experience with Program planning and execution, Risk and dependency management, Executive-level communication and reporting
- Strong financial governance and forecasting experience
Nice-To-Have:
- PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, or Agile certification
- Experience working in global delivery models, including India-based teams
- Exposure to data centers, cloud platforms, network services, or security programs
