Design electrical systems for combined-cycle and thermal power plants, including substations up to 400kV, equipment sizing, protection and metering diagrams, grounding and lightning protection, cable sizing and layouts, relay coordination, and auxiliary power distribution. Conduct ETAP system studies, interpret results, review vendor drawings, evaluate technical bids, and prepare DCS/PLC electrical I/O lists.

Working knowledge of electrical system studies using ETAP, with
the ability to interpret results and support design decisions
Codes and Standards Knowledge in IEC, IEEE, NFPA, IS etc. Electrical Equipment’s scheme of arrangements including
power evacuation /back charging and its aux power distribution.
Electrical Substation (AIS/GIS) across various voltage levels up
to 400kV

Requirements
Bachelor’s in electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) /
Post-Graduate (PG) in Electrical Engineering preferred
Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
