Design, build, and maintain end-to-end email nurture systems that convert cold leads to qualified meetings. Own deliverability (SPF/DKIM/DMARC, inbox rotation), CRM architecture, integrations (APIs/Zapier/Make), and automated intent-based workflows. Continuously A/B test for reply rates and cost-per-meeting, ensure data transparency, and scale high-volume outreach while protecting sender reputation and domain health.
Why This Role Exists
RequirementsWhat You’ve Done Before
Benefits
We are not looking for a traditional email marketer to send newsletters. We need a Systems Architect to own the entire lifecycle of our lead database and transform it into a high-velocity revenue engine.
This role is designed to maximize Founder Leverage by engineering automated systems that turn cold records into warm, sales-ready opportunities without manual intervention. You are the bridge between raw data and realized revenue, responsible for ensuring our sales team only spends time on high-intent conversations while your "nurture machines" run 24/7 in the background.
What You’ll Be Responsible For (Outcomes)- Design and deploy sophisticated end-to-end sequences (cold, warm, reactivation) that consistently move leads through the funnel and increase pipeline velocity.
- Own the infrastructure. You ensure a 99% primary inbox placement rate by managing SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and advanced inbox rotation strategies to maintain pristine domain health.
- Build "thinking" workflows that trigger actions based on prospect intent (opens, clicks, replies, site visits), ensuring the right message reaches the right person at the exact moment of interest.
- Act as the technical "glue" between our tools. You will use Zapier and API integrations to ensure flawless, bi-directional data sync between our CRM (HubSpot), outreach tools (Instantly/Apollo), and lead sources.
- Move beyond vanity metrics. You will relentlessly A/B test copy, hooks, and send-times to optimize for Positive Reply Rates and Cost Per Meeting Booked.
RequirementsWhat You’ve Done Before
- Proven experience running high-volume automation (10k+ leads) while maintaining sender reputation.
- Advanced proficiency in CRM architecture (HubSpot), cold outreach platforms (Instantly/ActiveCampaign), and automation middleware (Zapier/Make).
- You understand the "why" behind bounce rates, gray-listing, and API errors, and you know how to fix them.
- You can write high-conversion, "person-to-person" email copy that bypasses spam filters and triggers human responses.
- High-Agency Operator: You don’t wait for a project brief to fix a declining open rate; you identify the trend, diagnose the issue, and implement the solution.
- Systems Thinker: You see how a single tag in the CRM affects the entire automation logic ten steps down the line.
- Process-Driven: You bring structure to data chaos, ensuring every lead is accounted for, tagged correctly, and routed properly.
- Growth-Minded: You are obsessed with the "1% wins"—constantly tweaking and testing to squeeze more ROI out of existing data.
- If your experience is limited to designing pretty HTML templates for B2C brands, this is not a fit.
- If you need a checklist to be productive rather than building the checklist yourself, you will struggle here.
- If configuring a DNS record or setting up a Webhook feels overwhelming, this role will be a mismatch.
- Systems Autonomy: The founder no longer worries about lead warming; a "black box" system is in place where cold data enters and qualified meetings emerge.
- Technical Integrity: Zero blacklisting incidents and consistent "Excellent" sender scores across all domains.
- Quantifiable Growth: A measurable percentage of monthly revenue can be traced directly back to the reactivation and nurture flows you built.
- Data Transparency: The leadership team has real-time visibility into funnel health, conversion rates, and deliverability performance.
Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements:
- Internet Connection:
- Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps.
- Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps.
- Backup connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage.

- Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or an equivalent processor.
- A minimum of 8 GB RAM.
- Backup Device:
- Must meet or exceed the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor.
- Must be functional during power interruptions.
- A functioning webcam.
- A noise-canceling USB headset.
- A quiet, dedicated home office space.
- Peripherals and Workspace: A smartphone for communication and verification purposes.

What you need to know about the Chennai Tech Scene
To locals, it's no secret that South India is leading the charge in big data infrastructure. While the environmental impact of data centers has long been a concern, emerging hubs like Chennai are favored by companies seeking ready access to renewable energy resources, which provide more sustainable and cost-effective solutions. As a result, Chennai, along with neighboring Bengaluru and Hyderabad, is poised for significant growth, with a projected 65 percent increase in data center capacity over the next decade.
