Job Responsibilities:• Support the APQP process for all new parts/models• Provide Reports for Continuous improvement opportunities (Scrap, PRRs, PPM, Capability, etc.)• Perform supplier quality audits• Lead, Support resolution to quality problems both internal & external using problem-solving methods• Report the status of internal & external PPAP submissions• Track the resolution of non-conforming material & disposition of the same• Perform gage R&R and train others to do the same• Coordinate machine capability studies• Maintain control plans & FMEA's• Participate in change management for the plant• Develop & conduct training programs for shop floor operators on quality duties
