Job Responsibilities:• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field).• Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in maintenance engineering within automotive or high-volume manufacturing.• Documented success in developing and sustaining preventative and predictive maintenance programs and systems.• Experience in launching new maintenance systems from scratch or overhauling underperforming programs.• Background in IATF 16949, considered an asset.• Strong familiarity with CMMS tools (e.g., SAP PM, FIIX).• Excellent understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.• Working knowledge of TPM, Lean, Six Sigma, and other reliability-focused methodologies.• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.• Able to work independently and drive results with minimal supervision
