Job Summary

Responsible for contributing in project teams, troubleshooting operational issues, providing technical solutions to operational problems, new product implementation, implementing existing products and services and the overall upkeep and maintenance of designated areas of engineering. Acts in compliance with industry and Company technical requirements, standards, policies and procedures. Works with moderate guidance in own area of knowledge.

Engineering Operations 2:

Responsible for contributing in project teams, troubleshooting operational issues, providing technical solutions to operational problems, new product implementation, implementing existing products and services and the overall upkeep and maintenance of designated areas of engineering. Acts in compliance with industry and Company technical requirements, standards, policies and procedures. Works with moderate guidance in own area of knowledge.

 

Skills Required:

• Wifi Fundamentals
• Networking Fundamentals
• Linux – Beginner to Intermediate
• Database/SQL Queries – Beginner to Intermediate
• Scripting – Python
• Proficient in Monitoring Tools – Splunk, Zabbix, Grafana & DOCSIS Monitoring Tools etc.
• L2 & IP Networking – Beginner to Intermediate
• WiFi RF and Networking – Intermediate
• DOCSIS Plant & Networking – Basic
• Required or pursuing certifications: CWNA ,CCNA Wireless, CCNA Routing & Switching or equivalent experience.
