Job Summary
Responsible for participating as an individual contributor in project teams, troubleshooting operational issues, providing technical solutions to operational problems, new product implementation, implementing existing products and services and the overall upkeep and maintenance of designated areas of engineering. Interfaces with vendors, engineering and peer operations organizations. Acts in compliance with industry and Company technical requirements, standards, policies and procedures. Provides technical leadership to junior Engineers and project teams. Has in-depth experience, knowledge and skills in own discipline. Integrates knowledge of business and functional priorities. Acts as a key contributor in a complex and crucial environment. May lead teams or projects and shares expertise.
Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- A Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field and 5 years working experience in this field.
- A strong ownership to resolve issues on behalf of the business.
- A hunger for continual development and growth.
- Proven experience developing Enterprise-level Reporting solutions.
- Strong background of UX
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power BI
- Experience with SAP Business Objects.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies such as Agile and Scrum.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with SAP Concur or SAP ECC would be desirable.
- Tableau experience is desirable.
- Customer focused mindset, ensuring all development is of high quality, workload monitored proactively, and incidents closed out swiftly. Keeping internal customers informed throughout.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic environment, with a focus on trusted people relationships and results.
