- Lead the development of AI-powered copilots, intelligent automation solutions, and agent-based workflows.
- Provide technical leadership for Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), customer data platforms, and customer journey orchestration capabilities.
- Architect audience management, identity resolution, personalization, and real-time decisioning solutions.
- Establish engineering standards, governance, observability, and best practices for AI and platform solutions.
- Drive platform scalability, resiliency, security, reliability, and performance optimization.
- Lead CI/CD strategy, deployment automation, monitoring, and operational excellence initiatives.
- Conduct architecture reviews, technical design reviews, and complex troubleshooting activities.
- Mentor engineers and technical leads while promoting engineering excellence and continuous improvement.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Skills and Experience
- 12+ years of software engineering experience.
- 5+ years of experience leading large-scale enterprise platforms and technical initiatives.
- Deep expertise in software architecture, cloud-native applications, distributed systems, and enterprise integrations.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with AI/ML, Generative AI, Agentic AI, and intelligent automation solutions.
- Experience designing and implementing AI-powered copilots, intelligent assistants, and agent-based solutions.
- Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) such as Azure OpenAI, OpenAI GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, or equivalent enterprise AI platforms.
- Experience with Agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or similar orchestration frameworks.
- Experience designing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using enterprise knowledge sources and vector search technologies.
- Understanding of prompt engineering, contextual grounding, tool/function calling, agent orchestration, and AI workflow design.
- Experience implementing AI observability, evaluation, monitoring, governance, and responsible AI practices.
- Knowledge of AI security, privacy, guardrails, human-in-the-loop controls, and model evaluation methodologies.
- Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), or related Adobe technologies preferred.
- Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, observability, reliability engineering, and production support.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills.
- Proven ability to influence architecture decisions and mentor engineering teams.
