The Role
Presidio’s Solution Engineering Team is building the next generation of solutions that enhance business outcomes for our clients and internal teams. We are seeking an Engineer with strong technical fundamentals, curiosity for emerging technologies, and a passion for solving real-world challenges using cloud and Generative AI.
Key skills:
- Platform and solution engineering
- AI Studio core development and extensibility
- CI/CD, IaC, reliability, observability
- LLMOps / MLOps, evaluations, cost and performance tuning
- Security, governance, operational support
Languages:
- JavaScript/TypeScript (connectors, UI/backends where needed)
- Python (LLM workflows, utilities, evaluation)
- Traditional SQL + NoSQL & GraphDB understanding
- Containers & orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and enhance the AI Studio platform
- Working with Core team to align the priorities and roadmap
- Support core stability, scalability, and operational excellence
- Implement incremental AI-native capabilities while platform strategy matures
- Enable internal teams to build safely and efficiently on the platform
- Build AI-native capabilities into the core platform
- Manage upgrades, scalability, and operational reliability
- Enable internal and external teams to build on the platform
