We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled MIS Engineer with a strong background in Building Information Modeling (BIM) to support data-driven decision-making and streamline project workflows. The ideal candidate will manage project data, develop insightful reports, and facilitate the integration of BIM data with MIS tools to enhance operational efficiency.Job Description
Design, develop, and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and analytics for internal teams and project stakeholders.
Integrate and manage BIM models and data (Revit, Navisworks, etc.) with MIS tools to track project progress, asset information, and resource planning.
Collaborate with design, engineering, and project management teams to ensure seamless flow of information between BIM platforms and MIS systems.
Analyze project data and prepare status reports, KPIs, and performance summaries to support strategic planning and execution.
Maintain databases and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security.
Develop automation tools/scripts (using Excel VBA, Power BI, Python, etc.) for reporting and data visualization.
Assist in implementing digital transformation initiatives related to BIM and MIS across the organization.
Provide training and support to internal teams on MIS and BIM tools.
Proficiency in BIM software (Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, etc.)
Strong knowledge of data management and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, SQL, etc.)
Experience with project management systems (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) is a plus
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
Effective communication and collaboration skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Architecture, or a related field
Experience in a similar role, ideally within the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry
Certification in BIM or MIS tools (preferred but not mandatory)
