Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Establish and improve process conditions and technology.
- Upgrade process capability and reduce production costs.
- Establish and modify process management projects.
- Set up process parameters for a variety of semiconductor equipment.
- Evaluate, promote, and plan new equipment/materials.
- Conduct abnormal analysis and implement improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement process solutions.
- Train and mentor team members to foster an inclusive and collaborative work environment.
- Monitor and enforce strict compliance with safety and quality standards.
