Content Management:
- Check the status of received content.
- Upload content to the server.
- Verify the integrity of the content.
- Book content as per the schedule.
- Update the loading status of the content.
- Prioritize the booking of content based on show timing and importance of ads.
- Provide instructions to QTS for manual loading and share content links with engineers.

Scheduling and Qube Central Activities:
- Enter composition and site details in Qube Central Activities.
- Create schedules as per received orders, including proper entry of details such as start date, end date, and position of ads.
- Modify or cancel schedules as per instructions from the Sales team.
- Check each schedule for correctness against the theatre list.
- Daily reconciliation of schedules and comparison with lists provided by the sales team.
- Extract and upload databases for play logs of offline theatres.
- Upload standby server databases to ensure continuity of play logs.

Playback Monitoring:
- Check schedule taken status.
- Monitor playback daily as per schedule start date.
- Ensure all theatres start playing ads as per the schedule.
- Monitor theatre calling status daily.
- Identify theatres playing the movie without ads and follow up.
- Identify WTA connectivity issues and report to the concerned team for resolution.
- Monitor playback after uploading databases of offline theatres.

Troubleshooting and Technical Support:
- Identify reasons for non-calling of theatre servers and take corrective actions.
- Identify reasons for content not reaching theatres and resolve issues.
- Coordinate with engineers/theatre operators to activate modems and servers.
- Identify playback issues and escalate to the software team for solutions.
- Provide input to the software team upon request.
- Close monitoring of playback during theatre server build upgrades and provide feedback.
- Support QTS engineers in troubleshooting.

Documentation and Communication:
- Follow checklists for all processes involved.
- Communicate loading and playing status via email to QCN Operations and Sales teams.
- Coordinate daily with external clients, including theatre managers, owners, and operators.
- Ensure internal coordination among the teams, .
- Provide WTA installation follow-up reports at regular intervals.
- Update the list of ads scheduled on a daily basis
