- Own end-to-end technical leadership for C++, C# .NET, and Angular applications on ADC (Automated Dispensing Cabinet) platforms, turning user stories into production-ready code using object-oriented design patterns for secure, intelligent dispensing.
- Architect FDA-compliant, high-performance, scalable systems integrating cabinet hardware/firmware protocols and microservices.
- Create high-level designs, guide team on low-level designs, and implement software changes.
- Troubleshoot complex application and Windows system-level issues; perform risk assessments for 24/7 ADC operations.
- Drive full SDLC for reusable, testable modules to boost ADC efficiency, scalability, and stability.
- Provide technical mentorship, foster team skill advancement, and review designs/tests for requirement alignment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product owners, Hardware/Firmware design teams) to resolve dependencies, gaps, and workflows in advance.
- Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies, delivering status updates on development schedules.
- 12+ years in software design/development, including C++, Windows OS/drivers, and .NET Framework.
- Expert-level C++, C#, Web API, Windows services, microservices architecture, and SQL Server.
- Proven unit/integration testing experience.
- Strong analytical/problem-solving skills, leadership, and excellent written/verbal communication.
- Hands-on 24/7 application development experience.
- 4+ years in .NET; 2+ years in Angular or similar.
- Prior Windows driver-level development.
- MSMQ, JWT/OAuth for secure ADC communication; familiarity with Microsoft design patterns/practices.
