Your Impact
- Define and implement product strategy and roadmap to improve onboarding experiences using AI-driven insights.
- Translate customer needs and business goals into clear, actionable product requirements.
- Partner with engineering, design, and research teams to build scalable, user-centric AI-first workflows.
- Drive the full product lifecycle from discovery through launch and iteration, using data and experimentation to optimize outcomes.
- Champion cross-functional collaboration and act as the customer advocate in all product decisions.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 7+ years of product management experience.
- Expertise in Marketing Domain is a plus
- Shown experience leading products from inception to scale.
- Strong technical understanding of platform and systems thinking.
- Confirmed ability to use data and insights to influence product decisions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Passion for solving real user problems with deep customer insight.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams including design, engineering, and data science.
- Skilled in designing and analyzing experiments such as A/B testing and user studies.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to align diverse stakeholders and drive product vision.
- Ability to anticipate and resolve strategic issues to maintain team momentum and delivery difficulty.
