• Maintain and support finance integrations, including Coupa- and Ramp-related integrations and
other finance integrations with NetSuite, partnering with Business Technology and InfoSec as
needed.
• Plan and execute system testing, patches, upgrades, and releases, minimizing disruption to end
users and business processes.
The New CX Starts Here

Operations stakeholders.
• Create and maintain system documentation, configuration records, and process guides.

the organization.
• Manage relationships with application vendors, including support escalations, renewals, and
roadmap discussions.
• Partner with Finance, Procurement, Payroll, Sales Operations, Business Technology, and InfoSec to
gather requirements and translate them into system configurations.
• Support Five9’s AI Center of Excellence by identifying and supporting opportunities to leverage AI
to automate expense management, procure-to-pay, and bill-to-cash related processes.
• Stay current with new features and releases across supported platforms, recommending
improvements where appropriate.
Key Requirements:
Required:
• Hands-on Coupa and Ramp administration experience, including system configuration, security
roles, and workflow management.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience administering finance or business applications in a similar
role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of financial business processes, including procurement, expense
management, travel, taxation, sales compensation, time tracking, usage billing, and financial
planning.
• Experience managing system configuration, security roles, workflows, integrations, testing,
releases, data quality, reporting, documentation, user support, and vendor relationships.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to partner effectively with Finance, Procurement,
Payroll, Sales Operations, Business Technology, InfoSec, and external vendors.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, global
environment.
The New CX Starts Here
Preferred:
• Coupa and Ramp certifications are strongly preferred.
• Egencia administration experience and a relevant certification are highly desired.
• Experience administering LogiSense is a significant advantage and a major plus.
• Experience with Replicon, Xactly, Avalara AvaTax, or Workday Adaptive Planning is a plus.
• Experience with sales compensation platforms such as Xactly is a plus.
• Experience with time tracking or payroll-related platforms such as Replicon or Deel is a plus.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work independently across a
distributed, global team.
Why You’ll Love This Role:
• You will play a key hands-on role in administering and improving the finance systems that power
Five9’s core business operations.
• You will build deep expertise in Coupa, Ramp and a broader portfolio of finance and business
applications used across the enterprise.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across the enterprise, including Finance,
Procurement, Payroll, Sales Operations, Business Technology, and InfoSec.
• You will use cutting-edge technologies, including AI, to help accelerate month-end close processes
and create great employee experiences in the travel and expense domains.
• If you enjoy solving practical, cross-functional problems and keeping business-critical systems
running smoothly, this role offers strong ownership and growth opportunities.

To locals, it's no secret that South India is leading the charge in big data infrastructure. While the environmental impact of data centers has long been a concern, emerging hubs like Chennai are favored by companies seeking ready access to renewable energy resources, which provide more sustainable and cost-effective solutions. As a result, Chennai, along with neighboring Bengaluru and Hyderabad, is poised for significant growth, with a projected 65 percent increase in data center capacity over the next decade.
