Lead the architecture, implementation, administration, and migration of Five9’s Ironclad CLM platform from DocuSign CLM. Design workflows, templates, clause libraries, integrations with Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ, signature processes, APIs, governance, and reporting. Partner with Legal, Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Finance, and IT to deliver scalable contracting solutions, troubleshoot issues, manage change, train users, and mentor team members.

Design, automate, and operate large-scale distributed systems. Build tooling for availability, scalability, and efficiency. Partner with engineering teams on CI/CD, monitoring, incident management, and SRE practices; participate in on-call rotations.

Support product managers across CCaaS product lines by researching customer problems, assisting with AI-driven feature definition, writing PRDs and user stories, coordinating with engineering on Agile delivery, and participating in customer validation and launch activities.

Administer and support Coupa, Ramp, and other finance applications, including configuration, security, workflows, integrations, testing, reporting, data quality, documentation, user support, and vendor management. Partner with Finance, Procurement, Payroll, Sales Operations, Business Technology, and InfoSec to translate requirements into solutions and improve finance processes through automation and AI.

Operate and engineer large-scale network infrastructure in a 24/7 SaaS environment. Design network automation, CI/CD, GitOps, Infrastructure-as-Code, SDN, Kubernetes networking, telemetry, validation, and security-as-code solutions. Manage overlays, routing, firewalls, load balancers, and hybrid network fabrics while serving as a Tier 4 technical authority. Lead troubleshooting, design reviews, documentation standards, mentoring, and cross-functional engineering initiatives.

Designs and operates large-scale network automation and infrastructure-as-code platforms in a 24/7 SaaS environment. Responsibilities include building CI/CD pipelines, Network-as-Code and GitOps workflows, SDN and Kubernetes networking, routing and overlay infrastructure, automated security policies, telemetry, validation, and remediation. Serves as a senior technical authority for complex network issues while leading engineering standards, design reviews, mentoring, and cross-functional initiatives.

Build and maintain Five9’s engineering intelligence platform through Looker dashboards, Python and SQL data pipelines, API integrations, data quality monitoring, anomaly detection, and executive-ready analysis. Integrate Jira, Jellyfish, Salesforce, and other systems to provide engineering leadership with insights into delivery, capacity, investment, resource contention, and portfolio health. Document data lineage and analytical methodologies while optimizing models and dashboard performance.

Leads Network-as-Code, GitOps, CI/CD, infrastructure automation, Kubernetes and SDN networking, routing, security policy, load balancing, telemetry, and automated validation.
