Leads global IT operations strategy, budgeting, financial forecasting, OKR alignment, QBRs, governance, policy management, organizational transformation, and continuous improvement. Partners with IT leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve operational maturity, manage the IT-for-IT program, communicate performance to executives, and align technology initiatives with business objectives.

Administer and support Coupa, Ramp, and other finance applications, including configuration, security, workflows, integrations, testing, reporting, data quality, documentation, user support, and vendor management. Partner with Finance, Procurement, Payroll, Sales Operations, Business Technology, and InfoSec to translate requirements into solutions and improve finance processes through automation and AI.

Administer and configure DocuSign CLM, including users, permissions, templates, metadata, repositories, and workflows. Build commercial contract templates and approval, negotiation, signature, storage, amendment, and renewal workflows. Support Salesforce CPQ document generation and integrations with DocuSign CLM and eSignature. Troubleshoot mappings and workflow issues, improve contracting processes, and collaborate with Legal, Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Finance, and IT.

Administer and configure HR applications, primarily UKG Pro, supporting security, workflows, integrations, testing, releases, data quality, reporting, documentation, and end-user troubleshooting. Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, Business Technology, InfoSec, and vendors to maintain reliable systems and implement improvements, including AI-enabled hire-to-retire and payroll automation. The role is hybrid in Chennai or Bengaluru with regular overlap with U.S. business hours.

Designs and operates large-scale network infrastructure in a 24/7 SaaS environment. Leads Network-as-Code, GitOps, CI/CD, infrastructure automation, Kubernetes and SDN networking, routing, security policy, load balancing, telemetry, and automated validation. Serves as a Tier 4 technical authority for complex network issues, drives resilient multi-region deployments, mentors engineers, and leads cross-functional architecture initiatives.

Operate and engineer large-scale network infrastructure in a 24/7 SaaS environment. Design network automation, CI/CD, GitOps, Infrastructure-as-Code, SDN, Kubernetes networking, telemetry, validation, and security-as-code solutions. Manage overlays, routing, firewalls, load balancers, and hybrid network fabrics while serving as a Tier 4 technical authority. Lead troubleshooting, design reviews, documentation standards, mentoring, and cross-functional engineering initiatives.

Develop and enhance high-performing, scalable cloud services for Five9’s contact center platform. Responsibilities include participating in Agile Scrum and DevOps practices, writing tested and documented code, delivering public-cloud solutions, troubleshooting complex systems, and improving media servers for real-time LLM and AI service integrations using C++, SIP, RTP, and related communications technologies.

Build and ship agent desktop features using React, TypeScript, and Nx. Own significant codebase areas, make architectural decisions, review pull requests, mentor engineers, and collaborate asynchronously with distributed engineering, product, and design teams. Contribute to technical documentation, planning, application quality, and major product milestones. The role requires Pacific-hours overlap and on-call availability.

Build and operate Five9's AI platform: provision cloud infrastructure, maintain IaC, CI/CD pipelines, model/agent runtimes, secure data/integration plumbing, enforce governance, provide observability and reliability, and enable solution builders.

Administer and evolve Five9's NetSuite deployment and adjacent finance apps (Ramp, Coupa, HighRadius). Support NetSuite Financials, customizations, integrations, period-end close, releases, sandbox testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Accounting, IT, developers, and consultants.

Design, build, and scale enterprise integrations using Workato; define reusable integration standards and secure authentication patterns; optimize performance and error handling; troubleshoot cross-system production issues; incorporate Workato AI capabilities; mentor engineers and lead technical discussions across architects and business stakeholders.

Design, automate, and operate large-scale distributed systems. Build tooling for availability, scalability, and efficiency. Partner with engineering teams on CI/CD, monitoring, incident management, and SRE practices; participate in on-call rotations.

Lead design and implementation of network-as-code and large-scale SDN/container networking. Build CI/CD pipelines, automate security and traffic policies, validate network state, troubleshoot complex routing and overlay issues, and drive technical strategy and documentation across global, multi-tenant cloud and bare-metal environments.
