Drives enterprise sales growth across colleges, universities, and higher education institutions. Responsibilities include prospecting, product demonstrations, consultative selling, negotiation, closing, account expansion, team leadership, forecasting, CRM management, cross-functional onboarding coordination, and market development through partnerships, events, and networking.
We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to drive institutional business growth across colleges, universities, and higher education institutions. The role involves enterprise sales, relationship management, solution presentations, strategic account development, and end-to-end ownership of the sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new business opportunities and build a strong institutional sales pipeline
- Engage with college and university decision-makers and conduct product demonstrations
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and requirement analysis to negotiation and closure
- Build and grow strategic institutional accounts through upselling and cross-selling
- Lead and mentor sales team members and monitor territory and sales performance
- Coordinate with Marketing, Product, Technical, and Delivery teams for successful customer onboarding
- Maintain CRM records, sales reports, forecasts, and market insights
- Drive market expansion through institutional partnerships, events, and industry networking
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA in Marketing, Sales, or Business Administration preferred
- 7–10 years of experience in EdTech Enterprise Sales, Higher Education Institutional Sales, or B2B Sales
- Proven experience selling technology solutions to colleges and universities
- Strong understanding of institutional buying processes and higher education ecosystem
- Strong negotiation, consultative selling, presentation, and deal closure skills
- Experience managing enterprise sales cycles and leading sales teams
- Strong CRM, reporting, forecasting, and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication in English, Tamil, and Hindi
- Willingness to travel extensively for institutional meetings and business development activities
