Job Description Required Experience:
  • 8-10 years of relevant experience
Responsibilities: ServiceNow Data Architect (40%):
  • Govern demand for inbound/outbound data feed intake and delivery.
  • Collaborate with platform, product, EA, and EDS teams to ensure data in ServiceNow is fit-for-purpose.
  • Ensure alignment of data model hierarchy to Enterprise Architecture (EA) and Enterprise Data Services (EDS) standards.
  • Govern quality and certification of data models.
  • Maintain ServiceNow data model usability while aligning with KPMG’s data model (CSDM alignment).
  • Identify gaps in the data model and implement governance for modifications.
Integration Architect (40%):
  • Create TAP/TAP-Lite documentation for integrations.
  • Oversee integration design documentation.
  • Coordinate integration reviews and approvals with Risk, Security, and Privacy teams.
  • Oversee periodic certification of integrations and APIs.
  • Collaborate with EA team on integration solutions and rationalize out-of-the-box (OOTB) ServiceNow integration patterns.
  • Coordinate the implementation strategy and roadmap for integrations.
  • Governance and review of Mid server strategies and API accounts.
Platform Architect (20%):
  • Assess plugins and capabilities with product teams and developers to ensure platform currency.
  • Provide strategic direction for ServiceNow Health Scan findings remediation.
  • Review high-level designs for implementation efforts.
The Role Offers:

Essential Skills:
  • Two ServiceNow Mainline certifications including Certified System Administrator (CSA).
  • Strong experience with API integration.
  • Well versed in Common Service Data Model (CSDM).
  • Experience in governance, architecture, and platform management within ServiceNow.
Good to have Skills:
  • Experience with BCP-DR GRC_ITSM.
  • Security Operations Management ITSM.
  • ServiceNow Architect and Developer experience.
