JOB TITLE SERVICENOW ARCHITECT (10 YEARS) Must Have Experience Architecture & Design • Lead the design of complex ServiceNow solutions, covering Platform components, custom application, ServiceNow Out of the box capabilities. The development is to be done on Customer ServiceNow instance which is related to the Tax domain. • Define platform architecture, data models, table structures, ACL strategies, and integration patterns. • Review and approve technical designs, stories, data workflows, and integration approaches. • Ensure solutions align with platform best practices, performance guidelines, and upgrade-safe standards. • Strong understanding of performance tuning, query optimization, and upgrade-safe design. • Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices and ongoing knowledge of latest ServiceNow features. • Hands-On Development Experience • Develop and enhance custom applications, workflows, business rules, UI policies, client/server scripts, and integrations. • Build UI Pages, UI Macros, UI Scripts, Service Portal widgets, Workspace components, and custom UI experiences. • Implement Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, scripting, and catalog development. • CSDM 4.0+ understanding • Implemented ServiceNow project in domain separated instance • Experience in working on Performance Analytics, advanced report & dashboard creation.
