Configures product catalogs, order capture, decomposition, and fulfillment workflows; develops with Flow Designer, integrations, and ServiceNow scripting; connects SOM with CRM, OSS/BSS, and provisioning systems; translates requirements into scalable solutions; and supports order lifecycle testing and deployment.

Develop using Flow Designer, integrations (REST/SOAP), and ServiceNow scripting. Integrate SOM with CRM, OSS/BSS, and downstream provisioning systems. Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. Ensure smooth order lifecycle management, testing, and deployment support. Required: ServiceNow CSA certification, SOM experience, and telecom domain knowledge preferred
