Valid locations: Mumbai/Pune/Chennai/Bengaluru ServiceNow HRSD Technical Lead Experience in ServiceNow – 8+ years Experience as a Technical Lead – 2+ years Role Overview: As a ServiceNow HRSD Developer, you will play a crucial role in supporting HR ServiceNow case management implementation as part of the employee experience. Collaborating with ServiceNow HR product owners, HR business users, and IT applications teams, you’ll contribute to delivering seamless global employee experience. Your responsibilities will include implementing solutions that ensure security, integrity, scalability, and consistency of critical user data. Key Responsibilities: • Experience with SN HRSD design, architecture, and implementations with a fair understanding of ServiceNow HRSD model, plugins, and accelerators. • Hands-on development experience on HRSD platform • Design and modify ServiceNow forms, workflows, scripts, transform maps, reports, dashboards, and business rules. • Configuring HRSD portals. • Experience in multiple ServiceNow implementations • Lead the configuration and customization of ServiceNow instances. • HR Case Management Implementation: Configuring and enhancing HR ServiceNow case management processes to improve employee experience. • Collaboration: Partner with ServiceNow HR product owners, HR business users, and IT applications teams to deliver global employee experience solutions.
