eTrading Onboarding Analyst

Purpose of the role

To support business areas with day-to-day processing, reviewing, reporting, trading and issue resolution. 

Accountabilities

• Support various business areas with day-to-day initiatives including processing, reviewing, reporting, trading, and issue resolution.

• Collaboration with teams across the bank to align and integrate operational processes.

• Identification of areas for improvement and providing recommendations in operational processes.

• Development and implementation of operational procedures and controls to mitigate risks and maintain operational efficiency.

• Development of reports and presentations on operational performance and communicate findings to internal senior stakeholders.

• Identification of industry trends and developments to implement best practice in banking operations.

• Participation in projects and initiatives to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Step into a role of eTrading Onboarding Analyst, where you’ll take responsibility for client service and operational execution task. You must take responsibility for controlling risk and enhancing controls in connection to your job and areas of responsibility in accordance with rules and regulations. You must follow well defined procedures that may require a range of job routines and make judgement based on practice and previous experience.

You may be assessed on key critical skills relevant for success in role such as:

• Serve as the central point for operational e-Trading queries across teams.

• Support onboarding for Fixed Income and FX on electronic platforms.

• Conduct ‘Good to Trade’ checks to confirm client readiness.

• Act as a central point of contact for eTrading Onboarding, supporting both internal teams and external clients/platforms.

Desirable Skill Sets:

• Manage eTrading enablement and maintenance requests through the workflow system.

• Enrich and validate onboarding data to progress requests, ensuring alignment between external setups and internal configurations, including Sales coverage.

• Qualify new clients, users, and funds for Fixed Income and FX eTrading platforms, confirming all trading prerequisites are met (e.g. KYC, regulatory requirements, credit lines, approvals, tiering).
