Experience on Moss 2007 Technologies, should have hands on experience on User Administration and Site administration and Shared Service provider Administration (including Search & User profiles) Should have experience in MOSS Installation, Configuration and Administration Should have experience in deploying custom components in Moss 2007 viz. features, solution etc. Should have experience in Moss 2007 troubleshooting for both out of box and customized components. Should have hands on experience in IIS6.0 Administration Troubleshooting Escalated End user issues (workstations) on MOSS sites and IIS sites Basic knowledge of SQL 2005 ITIL framework Knowledge of EPM 2007 will be an added advantage IIS 7.0 Administration skill set and Migration exposure would be preferred Knowledge on Powershell will be an added advantage Knowledge on Performance Point will be an added advantage Exposure on TFS would be preferred Knowledge on Server OS Windows 2003, Windows 2008 and Desktop O (1.) Independently resolve tickets within SLA Adheres to standard operating procedures / work instructions Provides inputs to modify/update/design standard operating procedures / work instructions Follow the escalation process Follow the shift hand-over process Update the knowledge base Coaching freshers to be independent Coaching analysts for correct routing of tickets, capturing critical information Technically upgrade across versions of environment when required Managing independent shifts Complies to regulatory requirements Participate in CoE meetings - sharing and acquring knowledge Participate in Sev1/ Bridge calls
