Onboarding of Customers & processing all Customer Instructions
Responsibilities- Responsible for On-boarding and Maintenance of Individual accounts.
- Data entry of Non-individual accounts into the Core banking system.
- Error Free processing of A/c opening, Customer requests as per guidelines with through understanding of regulatory and internal process guidelines.
- Ensure to work within the TAT and show prospects on improvement.
- CKYC data enrichment and pushing data. Tracking of Deliverables.
- Ability to work on large data to ensure the data accuracy and improvement as part of the clean up exercise.
- Alert exceptions and understand on the exceptional processing within process guidelines.
- Process adherence and controls.
Qualification : Graduate / Post Graduate
Experience : 1-2 Years in the similar role.
