About the Role
We are seeking 4 Chartered Accountants with 1–5 years of experience to support global accounting operations and contribute to strengthening financial data accuracy, process standardisation, and system readiness across regions.
Responsibilities
Financial Data Review & Integrity
- Review, audit, clean, and reconcile financial data—including trial balances, ledgers, invoices, tax records, and bank statements—to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Support the preparation of data mapping, coding structures, and alignment of financial information for system updates and standardized reporting requirements.
- Participate in system testing activities and collaborate with senior accountants and cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies.
Process Documentation & Cross-Functional Coordination
- Document existing accounting workflows, controls, and reporting requirements to support process efficiency and standardization.
- Coordinate with finance, IT, tax, and audit teams across regions to gather requirements, align on deliverables, and provide regular updates.
- Maintain comprehensive records and audit trails to support compliance, reporting obligations, and future audits.
Data Validation, Reporting & System Support
- Assist in validating financial information across systems by comparing reports (trial balance, P&L, balance sheet) to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Contribute to user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure alignment with operational, reporting, and statutory requirements.
- Help identify and resolve accounting discrepancies or gaps impacting reporting and workflow accuracy.
General Accounting Support
- Perform routine accounting tasks, including ledger maintenance, journal entries, bank reconciliations, and GST/TDS support.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the finance function.
Required Competencies
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
- 1–5 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in commerce (B.Com / M.Com) preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong command of English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy under pressure.
- Strong critical thinking, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also collaborating effectively within a team.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive working relationships with internal stakeholders
