Roles and Responsibilities:

Set up, launch, and continuously optimize Facebook Ads campaigns.
Write and test ad copy for conversions, ensuring consistency with landing pages.
Conduct audience and creative tests to drive better performance.
Monitor daily ad performance, budgets, and KPIs for ongoing optimization.
Collaborate with the web development, design, and content teams to create cohesive campaigns.
Provide actionable insights and generate detailed reports for clients.
Stay up to date with Facebook’s Advertising Policies, tools, and latest trends.
Regularly engage with clients to discuss performance and future strategies.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Minimum 2 years of experience managing Facebook Ads (agency experience preferred).
Extensive knowledge of Facebook Ads dashboard and optimization techniques.
Strong understanding of Facebook Advertising Policies.
Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
Creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver results within deadlines.
