About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Field Marketing Executive to join our APAC marketing team. This role is ideal for someone with approximately 3 years of marketing experience who wants to gain hands-on exposure to event operations, campaign coordination, and marketing activities across the Asia-Pacific region.
You will assist in planning, executing, and coordinating events, support marketing campaigns, and work closely with internal teams and external partners. The right candidate will be proactive, organised, and eager to learn.
Key Responsibilities
Event Operations & Coordination
- Assist in the planning, logistics, and on-site execution of APAC events, conferences, and webinars.
- Coordinate with vendors, venues, speakers, and partners to ensure smooth event delivery.
- Manage event registrations, attendee communications, and post-event follow-ups.
Marketing Support
- Help execute regional marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and content updates.
- Support the development of event and marketing collateral, working with design and content teams.
- Assist in tracking marketing activities and reporting on performance metrics.
Administrative & Team Support
- Maintain event and marketing calendars.
- Support budget tracking and vendor management.
- Keep project timelines and deliverables on track.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience: 3 years in marketing or event coordination.
Skills:
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with basic marketing tools (email marketing platforms, social media scheduling tools, MS Office/Google Workspace).
- Experience with Salesforce & Eloqua preferred, but not required
Mindset:
- Eager to learn, adaptable, and a proactive problem-solver.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Education: Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
