We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Field Marketing Manager to join our team and support with marketing campaigns, marketing automation, and event management.
In this role, you will be working with Field Marketing Manager's in EMEA supporting & contributing to various marketing initiatives and campaigns across the region. Additionally, you will be responsibile for the Field Marketing activities for Iberia.

- Support and manage the implementation, tracking and measurement of marketing campaigns aimed at prospects and existing customers - on time and within budget.
- Sole responsibility of managing the marketing plan and execution for Iberia (Spain & Portugal)
- Provide administrative and budgeting support
- Support with event execution: oversee end-to-end logistics, including vendor coordination, budget management, and on-site execution; list uploads and post event follow-up etc.
- Collaborate with internal marketing teams to develop presentations and other materials to drive engagement at field events.
- Work collaboratively with SDRs, Account Executives, Partner Managers and the rest of the Marketing team to drive pipeline generation initiatives
- Develop and maintain calendar of activities, requirements for execution of scheduled deliverables and resources needed to execute against plan; generate and manage detailed plan for each activity.
- Ensure each campaign has clear metrics and monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of field marketing activities and ensure ROI.
- Manage merchandise for the EMEA field marketing team
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for marketing activities and improvements
- Provide general support to the EMEA marketing team as needed, ensuring smooth operations.
What will help you succeed
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in a Field marketing role essential
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail: Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and event management software is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when required.
- Positive attitude, a problem solver and willingness to take on various tasks
- Self-motivated and capable of thriving in a fast-pace environment
- Fluency in Spanish and English
