Summary:
As a Finance Commercial Lead, you will oversee commercial relationships with clients to optimize financial and business operations results and deliver client value. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders, analyzing financial data, and providing strategic guidance to enhance performance and mitigate risks. You will engage with business leads to ensure that financial objectives are met while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within the team.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices to inform strategic decision-making.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS).
- Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and trends.
- Experience in managing client relationships and expectations.
- Ability to develop and implement financial strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
