As a Financial Analyst I at ICON, you will support financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities. You will contribute to the financial health and strategic decision-making of the organization by providing insightful financial data, analysis, and recommendations.

What You Will Do:

You will take responsibility for finance and financial management deliverables, applying your skills to ensure quality and efficiency.
Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support business planning and decision-making processes.
  • Analyzing financial data to identify trends, variances, and key insights, and communicating findings to stakeholders.
  • Supporting month-end and year-end close processes, including account reconciliations and financial statement analysis.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial tracking and reporting of projects and initiatives.
  • Contributing to the development and improvement of financial models and analytical tools to enhance financial forecasting and analysis capabilities.

Your Profile:

You will bring relevant finance and financial management experience, along with the following qualifications and skills.
Required qualifications and experience:

  • Should be fully qualified CA/CMA.
  • Should have 2+years of post qualification experience.
  • Entry-level experience in financial analysis, accounting, or related roles, with a strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as Excel, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel as required (approximately 5%)
