We are seeking a skilled Full-Stack Developer (.NET / React / Power Platform) to build and enhance modern business applications using Microsoft technologies. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy working across the full application stack, developing responsive user interfaces, scalable backend services, and integrated enterprise solutions.

As a Full-Stack Developer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain applications using React, .NET C#, Dynamics 365, and Microsoft Power Platform. You will contribute to end-to-end solution delivery, API integrations, cloud-based services, and Agile development initiatives while ensuring high-quality, secure, and maintainable software solutions.


RequirementsKey Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using React for the frontend and .NET C# for backend services.
  • Build, integrate, and consume REST APIs to enable seamless communication between enterprise systems and applications.
  • Develop and customize solutions on Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform, including plugins, custom APIs, web resources, client-side logic, and Power Automate workflows.
  • Support integration scenarios using Azure FunctionsMicrosoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and secure authentication mechanisms.
  • Participate in Agile development practices, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while following coding standards, testing practices, and quality guidelines.
  • Utilize Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines for source control, build automation, release management, and work item tracking.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across frontend, backend, integrations, and deployment environments.
  • Contribute to technical design discussions, effort estimations, and continuous improvement of development processes and engineering best practices.
What Makes You a Great Fit
  • 4+ years of experience in Full-Stack Development using ReactJavaScript, and .NET C#.
  • Strong expertise in developing and integrating RESTful APIs and enterprise applications.
  • Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform, including plugins, custom APIs, web resources, and Power Automate.
  • Familiarity with PowerApps Component Framework (PCF) or React-based Power Platform components is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of Azure FunctionsMicrosoft Entra ID (Azure AD), OAuth authentication, app registrations, and service principals.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines, source control, and release management practices.
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum or SAFe.
  • Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work across multiple technology layers.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a proactive approach to delivering high-quality software solutions.
  • Passion for continuous learning and building scalable, modern enterprise applications using Microsoft technologies.
