The Full Stack Developer is a member of the Mondelēz Digital Services (MDS) Data & Analytics working in close partnership with Quality, MSC & CTO organization
- Work with the MDS & business stakeholders to support the Food Safety Data Intelligence Application, ensuring alignment with function on strategies and objectives.
- Propose the right solution addressing the business need which fit into the overall roadmap, strategy and solutions architecture.
- Responsible for the entire delivery lifecycle of all projects within the Data and analytics space with managing the project budget, business use case and functional scope, build quality, deployment schedule and operational readiness for all processes in the delivery scope.
- Own the relationship with the external partners, enabling vendors to interpret & translate requirements during design, delivering the product solutions ensuring that solutions comply to Mondelēz standards and ensuring successful transition of solution for business-as-usual support.
Job Specific Requirements -
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 6+ years relevant experience ideally in CPG Industry as a Full-Stack Developer or similar role, demonstrating proficiency across the entire stack with experience in working with cross-functional teams or projects.
- Expertise in ReactJS, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Storybook, Python, AWS (Lambda, DynamoDB), and terraform.
- Strong understanding and application of design patterns in software development, particularly in the context of RESTful API design.
- Experience with agile methodologies and version control systems such as Git.
- A commitment to continuous learning and keeping well informed of the latest technologies and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven experience partnering with business functions and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Proven experience in influencing others based on knowledge, experience, or key relationships.
Preferred Qualifications -
- Knowledge of serverless architecture and microservices design principles.
- Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) methodologies for ensuring robust and maintainable code.
- Experience in building and maintaining decoupled architectures for scalable and flexible applications.
- AWS certifications demonstrating proficiency in cloud technologies and services.
