You will leverage new technologies and methodologies to address complex business challenges, all while maintaining a cloud-first and agile mindset. Engaging in continuous learning and adapting to evolving technologies will be key components of your role, ensuring that you remain at the forefront of industry advancements. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement. - Mentor junior professionals, guiding them in their development and helping them navigate complex project challenges. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development, Apache Kafka. - Strong understanding of web development frameworks and libraries. - Experience with RESTful API design and development. - Proficient in database management and optimization techniques. - Familiarity with cloud services and deployment strategies.
