Use development skills to deliver innovative solutions that help our clients improve the services they provide. Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, developing, and engineering comprehensive features of software systems, ensuring seamless integration from the user interface to backend processes. The role requires actively contributing to innovative solutions that enhance client services, while embracing new technologies and methodologies. Working within an agile environment, the engineer collaborates across teams to address complex business challenges with a cloud-first approach, continuously refining and optimizing system performance and user experience throughout the development lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance development processes and product quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
- Strong understanding of production planning and control processes within discrete manufacturing environments.
- Experience in integrating front-end and back-end components to deliver cohesive software solutions.
- Familiarity with cloud-based development platforms and agile software development methodologies.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to maintain system reliability and performance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
