- Develop, test, and maintain scalable, reusable, and high-performance enterprise web applications using React.js and Node.js.
- Architect and implement RESTful APIs, Microservices, and server-side logic to meet functional and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, UI/UX designers, and QA to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Automate build, deployment pipelines, and infrastructure provisioning to ensure efficient production releases.
- Monitor application and front-end performance, optimize user interfaces, and troubleshoot issues proactively.
- Implement security best practices such as OAuth, JWT, and secure API design.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices, incorporating improvements into projects.
- Document code, architecture decisions, and system workflows to maintain clarity and facilitate team knowledge sharing.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and contribute to continuous process improvements.

- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in full-stack development with React.js and Node.js

- Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and Microservices architectures
- Hands-on experience with NoSQL databases, especially MongoDB
- Familiarity with cloud deployment, container orchestration, and CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of banking, retail, or financial services domains is a plus
- Experience with performance tuning, debugging, and troubleshooting complex distributed systems
- Develop user interfaces and backend services aligned with project specifications
- Participate in Agile sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and code reviews
- Automate deployment processes, monitor application health, and optimize performance

Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Equivalent professional experience in relevant roles
Certifications (Preferred):
- AWS Certified Developer, Kubernetes certifications, or similar

- Ongoing learning in relevant tools, frameworks, and industry standards
